Payments
If you purchase a Pro subscription, payment is processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Depending on your location your purchase contract is with Paddle.com Inc. (buyers in the United States) or Paddle.com Market Limited (buyers elsewhere). Paddle collects and processes your payment details (such as card or billing information) as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy; Aquatic-Art does not receive or store your full card number. We store only the account email and subscription status needed to grant and manage your Pro access.
Third parties
We rely on infrastructure providers (for example hosting, databases, and media delivery) and analytics or advertising partners such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Their processing is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA these rights arise under the GDPR; if you are a California resident you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete. We do not sell your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the Contact page or the email in the site footer; for payment data held by Paddle, contact Paddle under its privacy policy linked above.
Data retention
We retain the limited account data we hold (your account email and Pro subscription status) only for as long as your subscription is active and for any further period required to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics and diagnostic data are retained according to the settings and policies of the providers described above. Payment records are retained by Paddle under its own policy.
